Hyperliquid deposit not showing

Most missing deposits come down to four things: the amount, the token, the network or the account. Work through this checklist.

Checklist

  1. Was it at least 5 USDC? Per the official support docs, wallet deposits below 5 USDC are lost; for email accounts they are redirected, and below 1 USDC they are lost.
  2. Was it USDC? USDT or other tokens are not credited as a deposit.
  3. Was it on Arbitrum? Wallet accounts only accept USDC on Arbitrum. Email accounts also accept Base, Ethereum and Polygon to their deposit address.
  4. Are you in the right account? An email login and a wallet login are different accounts. Make sure you're connected with the same one you deposited to.
  5. Is the transaction confirmed? Look up the transaction hash on Arbiscan. If it's still pending, wait.
  6. Refresh app.hyperliquid.xyz after confirmation.

Can I recover USDC sent below the minimum?

For wallet accounts, deposits below 5 USDC are lost according to the official docs.
