Hyperliquid referral code not working
If the referral code won't apply or you don't see the discount, it's usually one of a few simple reasons.
Common reasons
- Your account already has a referrer. A code generally can't be replaced once one is set.
- Wrong account. Email and wallet logins are separate accounts. Apply the code to the account you trade with.
- Vaults and sub-accounts. The discount doesn't apply to vault or sub-account activity.
- Past the cap. The discount covers your first $25M in volume.
- Typo. Use the referral link so the code fills in automatically.
How to apply HYQUID correctly
- Open app.hyperliquid.xyz/join/HYQUID before connecting.
- Connect the wallet or email account you'll use.
- Open the Referrals page and check that HYQUID is shown.
Already traded without a code? Try the Referrals page; if a referrer is already set, it may not apply.
